Recently, I recognized an underserved niche in the market: empty nesters who are looking to downsize. Having experienced the transition myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities this demographic faces. This insight inspired me to shift my business focus, and to create a dedicated arm specifically designed to assist empty nesters who are downsizing.
While I could have comfortably maintained my existing repeat and referral business, I chose to embrace this new direction because I believe in filling the gap in services that many in the real estate industry overlook. My extensive experience allows me to offer tailored support and guidance to my clients during this significant life change.
